We are looking for an engaged and driven Executive Assistant to the CEO remotely and at our headquarters in Abuja. The job will offer you an exciting role and a unique opportunity to work in a RegTech start-up within Identity Management.

The primary purpose of the job is to optimise the CEO’s time and processes. As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless operation at the executive level and helping to drive our organisation’s success. This role demands multitasking, offering a tremendous opportunity to gain valuable experience across various domains.

What will be your Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management and Meeting Coordination: Daily management of all administrative aspects around our CEO. Schedule, coordinate, and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient time management.

  • Travel Arrangement: Coordinate and prepare meetings, book travel itineraries, and manage logistics for both domestic and international trips. Assist in planning and coordinating company events, workshops, and business meetings.
  • Presentation and Content Assistance: Support with drafting and finalising presentations and content. Draft, review, and edit important documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.

  • Contractor and Partner Engagement: Operate and communicate effectively with contractors and partners to ensure smooth project execution—interface with internal team members and external stakeholders, facilitating precise and effective communication.

  • Project Management: Take on additional assignments or projects at the discretion of the CEO to support company objectives.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality on all company operations, personnel, and the CEO's activities.

Essential skills

  • Fluent in English (B2+ level) with strong written communication skills to maintain high-quality documentation and correspondence.
  • Basic skills in project management to oversee diverse projects efficiently.
  • Proven track record as a personal executive assistant to enhance productivity and manage administrative tasks.
  • Skilled in software management tools beyond Microsoft Office, including project management platforms to streamline office operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving and timely response to challenges.
  • Goal-oriented, efficient in resource management, and driven to complete tasks immediately.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills, including attention to detail.
