Lead Sales (VP Sales)

Responsibilities

As our Co-Founder specialising in sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, presenting the value proposition of our climate impact estimation algorithm.
• Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the sustainability and tech industries.
• Market Analysis: To refine our sales approach and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and insights to enhance our business strategy.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who brings:

• Sales Experience: Preferably a track record of success in sales.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to developing our overall business strategy.
• Passion for Sustainability: A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to positive impact.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a startup environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Previous Startup experience is a significant plus.
